Players might be restricted from receiving bonuses for different reasons. The restrictions might be applied manually by a member of the Sports or Fraud team or automatically by SEON. Who and when the restriction was applied can be seen in the notes or Changes history of the player profile in the back office.
Regardless of the reason, it should not be disclosed to the player.
When encountering a player with bonus restriction who wants to apply for a bonus, you should inform them that as per our T&C we may decide to deny bonuses per our discretion and they are currently not allowed to receive bonuses.

If the restricted player is a P/VIP and the restriction is not done by the AM, before informing the player of anything, escalate to the relevant AM.
